We were founded in 2016/17, We are a small voluntary organisation that runs independently for young adults with Autistic & ADHD aged 17+​

We are am umbrella organisation under FAMILY FOCUS CIC​

This service was set up to help to build the confidence and independence of young adults.

We can also offer:
- Courses/ Workshops
- Autism & ADHD Assessments/ Diagnosis
- Support HUB/ Groups (Monthly) 

- Social Events (Monthly) 
- Fundraisers

Our Services are open to anyone with Autism or ADHD or if your awaiting an Autism & ADHD Assessments or we can get you on the path way to get an Autism & ADHD Assessments/ diagnosis.
