Joining Our service, how to access it!
No referral Needed to attend our hubs, just turn up, fill out an application form via our website or a paper version on your first visit! Organisations can make a referral if needed but it's more about the service User/ Client Registering to join our service.
This service was set up to help to build the confidence and independence of young adults.
Joining fee
We offer a month fee or Yearly fee if you know you can attend hubs. The monthly Fee £2.50 per month or £25 a year is to help us stay sustainable.
We cover Merseyside and the surrounding areas.
Sefton│City of Liverpool│Knowsley │St. Helens │Wirral │Lancashire
We will accept you know matter what Council / district you come under, We support anyone!
Southport Support Hub
📍Location: Southport Market, King St, Southport PR8 1LA (Side Entrance)
Once a month on a Wednesday afternoons, 2pm - 4pm
